Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, with 5 years of relevant industry work experience, and must have 4 or more independently undertaken engineering project application cases;

2. Able to proactively collect valuable construction information about the project location, such as regional requirements in terms of cityscape, local culture, construction technology, acceptance standards, etc.;

3. Conduct on-site surveys of the proposed project, and be able to formulate pre-planning documents such as design deepening plans, construction implementation plans, layout and process flow according to the actual site conditions, and submit them to the general manager or director for approval;

4. According to the overall construction period requirements, have the ability to review the construction personnel plans submitted by each subcontractor, the main materials and mechanical equipment arrival plans, and the construction implementation plans for different types of work. Starting from the overall situation, comprehensive coordination should be carried out to ensure that all participating parties carry out construction in a timely, reasonable and efficient manner;

5. Fully responsible for on-site project management, and propose corresponding solutions and countermeasures for substantive issues such as safety management, quality control, cost control, material and equipment entry, and on-site coordination. Individual matters also need to be demonstrated when necessary, and special emergency plans should be prepared;

6. Able to properly handle economic matters such as changes and claims, timely form written documents, supervise the quality of data collection and compilation during the construction process, and smoothly organize the pre-acceptance of the project when the project is completed.
